
Gentle aerobic exercise class
These classes include a careful warm up and ‘wake up’ stretch, low impact aerobics, resistance training for strength and stability, floor exercises for specific muscle toning, and stretch and relaxation to finish.
Chair based exercise class
An all-over workout, for all abilities, and those not so fit. Chair based exercise that would suit those with arthritis and any physical limitations. The exercises are designed to keep muscles strong and maintain joint flexibility whilst we work within our own limits - and have fun!
